Description

This long block features a 24X crankshaft trigger and a 1X camshaft trigger system that was used on Chevrolet Gen III small-block V8 engines from 1997 thru 2006. The long block uses the higher flowing rectangular cylinder head intake ports. The camshaft has a lift of 0.550 intake / 0.550 exhaust and a duration (@.050 in): 209º intake / 217º exhaust with a 112LSA. This long block great for a daily driver and produces incredible torque. It’s makes more power through the rpm range. Idle speed can be tuned for smooth idle or a noticeable lope
